Course Offerings

Undergraduate – Ladderized B.S. Pharmacy Course

Four Year Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS. Pharm.)

         The completion of a four-year professional curriculum with a total of 212 units is required to earn the degree Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Completion of a total of 960 hours of internship in community, hospital pharmacy and manufacturing pharmacy is required before graduation effective SY 2013-2014.

 

Five Year Bachelor of Science specialized in Clinical Pharmacy

         The completion of a five-year professional curriculum with a total of 260 units is required to earn the degree Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy specialized in Clinical Pharmacy. Completion of a total of 960 hours of internship in community, hospital, manufacturing and major internship is required before graduation effective SY 2010-2011.

 

Six Year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

         A 6-year course leading to Doctor of Pharmacy which requires completion of 308 units of formal course work.  Completion of a total of 960 hours of internship in community, hospital pharmacy, manufacturing pharmacy and major internship and 36 units of pharmacy practice experience in clinical and drugstore setting on rotation sites effective SY 2010-2011.

 

2 Year Post Baccalaureate Degree

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

         A 2-year post baccalaureate course leading to Doctor of Pharmacy which requires completion of 50 units of formal course work and 36 units of pharmacy practice experience in clinical setting on rotation sites effective SY 2005-2006.
