CEU School of Nutrition and Hospitality Management

The CEU School of Nutrition and Hospitality Management offers the Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) program which aims to provide competencies on accommodation management, food and beverage management and event management and develop skills in the application of work related technology including information handling and skills for lifelong learning.

The CEU HRM program is fully-equipped with laboratories for students’ training in food production, beverage/bar operations, food merchandising, catering, and banquet service management.

With the historical Manila Hotel as HRM students’ on-the-job training site, students are provided with knowledge and critical awareness of the main ideas, principles, concepts and problem solving techniques in hotel and restaurant management.
