CEU Conducts Mid-Year Management and Strategic Plan Review

Centro Escolar University held its Mid-Year Management and Strategic Plan Review on March 3 and March 5–6, 2026, bringing together University administrators and academic leaders to assess institutional performance and strengthen strategic directions.

The review served as an opportunity to evaluate the University’s mid-year accomplishments across the four pillars of excellence—academic excellence, research and creative works, organizational excellence, and character excellence—using the Annual Operations Plan (AOP) Performance metrics. Participants also examined stakeholder feedback, resource utilization, and emerging internal and external issues affecting the University.

Through collaborative discussions, workshops, and strategic planning sessions, the participants conducted environmental scanning, risk assessment, and performance gap analysis, and identified priority actions using the Stop–Start–Continue framework to guide improvement initiatives.

The Management Review generated key strategic inputs for the formulation of the Annual Operations Plan for SY 2026–2027, reinforcing CEU’s commitment to continuous quality improvement, responsive governance, and excellence in education.
