CEU Receives Free Entrepreneurship Training with LazStart

Centro Escolar University School of Accountancy and Management (CEU SAM) established a partnership with Lazada Philippines which comes with free training and certification through its LazStart Program.

The CEU SAM business faculty members were provided with a two-day training on online entrepreneurship and innovation, specifically on the topic “Understand the eCommerce Landscape and the Basics of Builing an Online Store in the Philippines”.

“We had a Memorandum of Agreement with Lazada and one of the benefits of partnering with the said company is the training that will be given to the business faculty of the three CEU campuses. Also, our students enrolled in the Internship program were able to use its platform in selling their products”, shared Dr. Rosemarie So, Dean of the CEU School of Accountancy and Management.

The LazStart program was launched last July 2020 due to the rising interest in e-commerce and digital ventures.
