Centro Escolar University School of Dentistry students once again ruled the recent Dentist Licensure Examination by the Professional Regulation Commission with four top spots in the list.
Claire Guerrero, with 85.54% passing rate, Fernan Rey Anthony Arenas with 84.06% passing rate, and Marie Therese Teehankee with 83.30% passing rate landed in the first, second and third spots, respectively. All three topnotchers come from CEU-Manila. With 82.67% passing rate, Sarah Jane Cortez from the CEU Malolos campus took the 7th place.
“Since I graduated as cum laude of the batch, many people expected much from me, and I did not want to disappoint them, so I really did my best. When you know your goal, you have to work for it with all your heart. After you’ve done your best, trust God for His guidance and wisdom”, said Ms. Guerrero.
Out of the 1117 examinees, only 509 for the written phase and 509 out of 521 for the practical phase successfully passed the examination.
For years, the CEU School of Dentistry headed by Dr. Pearly Lim consistently tops the licensure examination for dentist.
