CEU Accountancy Student Tops NCR Frontliners 2019

Centro Escolar University’s Accountancy student Craig Julian Patalagsa ranked Top 14 in the overall results of the National Capital Region (NCR) Frontliners 2019 and Top 3 for the Regulatory Framework for Business Transaction examination organized by the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants-National Capital Region and Sycip Gorres Velayo and Co.

Craig is currently on his fifth year taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy under the CEU School of Accountancy and Management. He has been an academic achiever and is presently the President of the JPIA CEU Chapter.   

Around 200 students from local chapters of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) of different universities and colleges joined the annual search for NCR Frontliners which is a mini simulation of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board Examination. The screening consists of diagnostic exam covering all CPA board examination subjects that will test their knowledge and skills in preparation for the actual board exam.

Other nine Escolarian Accountancy students also took the mock board examination.
