CEU Students Finish Japan’s Kansai University EOL Program

Four students of Centro Escolar University School of Education Liberal Arts Music and Social Work (SELAMS) finished the Institute of Innovative Global Education (IIGE) Kansai University Engaged/Exchange Online Learning (KU-EOL) Program for the period of October 1, 2020-December 14, 2020.

 

Alondra Sto. Domingo, Gio Angelo Escanillas, Precious Joyce Agatha Drilon and Margarette Riva Meneses received Certificate of Excellence for completing the program with full attendance and good performance.

 

Alondra enrolled in Critical Thinking for Social and Global Issues and in Research Methods for Social Sciences. Gio Angelo and Precious Joyce took the Methods of Comparative Analysis (English and Japanese Communication) while Margarette completed the Japan International Affairs course.

 

Kansai University aims to provide international opportunities for students whose educational experience has been impacted by the pandemic. Through the IIGE KU-EOL program, students of its partner universities can take a group of courses that they have intentionally maintained as online courses in English. A total of 100 students from 17 universities in 11 countries applied for the program.
